A late medieval oval garnet set gold ring, circa 1300-1500, the oval cabochon garnet in closed back collet setting, between tapering shoulders with applied bead and burr detail, ring size S. £400-£600

This ring was discovered in Stow, Lincolnshire, in August 2016. It has been disclaimed as treasure (ref: 2016-T626) and is recorded on the PAS database, ref: LANCUM-1CA6A2. The shank to the ring has been repaired since being disclaimed.
