Herbert I. Chase, Telegraphist, H.M.S. Caroline, died on 18 January 1941, aged 40, and is buried in Carnmoney cemetery, County Antrim. He was the son of Thomas Henry and Jessie Chase, and husband of Nita A. Chase, all from Belfast.
