Nevis, Nine Doggs, c. 1801, a Spanish-American cob Réal, both sides faintly countermarked with an incuse 9 (official ?) and obv. countermarked nevis raised within a rectangular indent, a very crude contemporary counterfeit and an incuse retrograde 9, 2.99g/46.1gr (Prid. –; KM. –).Coin poor, countermarks very fine, extremely rare and a most interesting specimen £600-800
