Quentin Kingsbury Stone was born in Cape Town on 30 October 1918, and attested for the 1st South African Irish Regiment on 9 May 1940. He served in Abyssinia with the S.A. Irish from May to November 1940, and with the South African Medical Corps from December 1941 until May 1945, including a short period in East Africa. Sold with full set of service papers which show ‘Bullet scar on left shoulder.’

Harold Ernest Sewell was born at Johannesburg on 8 July 1912, and attested on 20 September 1943. Posted to the Technical Service Corps, he served in North Africa from January 1944, attached to 1/12 Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment. Sold with copy service papers.

Arthur Donald Skelton was a Mine Surveyor prior to joining the South African Medical Corps in August 1942. He served in North Africa from May 1944. Sold with copy service record.
