Petrus Phillipus Language, a foreman on the South African Railways, served with the South African Transport Corps and then the 7th Armoured Reconaissance Battalion in North Africa. He was taken prisoner at Tobruk, 20.6.1942. Sold with copied service records.

Robert Alexander Findlay served in the South African Artillery. Whilst serving as a Gunner with the Anti-Tank Regiment, he was posted missing at Tobruk, 20.6.1942 but later ‘reappeared’, being promoted Corporal in 1943. Sold with copied service records and original transmittal envelope and slip.
