Frank Allan Dally, born in 1914 at the Premier Mine was a boilermaker by trade. Serving as a Private in the 2nd Transvaal Scottish Regiment he was taken prisoner at Tobruk, 20.6.1942. Sold with copied service papers and original medal transmittal envelope and slip.
