South Africa 1834-53 (43rd Regt.); Indian Mutiny 1857-59, no clasp (Corpl., 43rd Lt. Infy.); New Zealand 1845-66, reverse undated (1959, 43rd Foot) the first two with surname spelling ‘How’, contact marks and edge bruising to the first, otherwise generally about very fine or better (3) £400-450

Although no rank is given on the New Zealand Medal, Howe is listed on the roll as a Sergeant.
