The Royal Guelphic Order, G.C.H. (Military), a particularly fine Grand Cross breast star in silver with gold swords and gold and enamel centre, the reverse fitted with gold pin for wearing, and inscribed ‘Rundell Bridge & Rundell, Jewellers to Their Majesties, His Royal Highnefs the Prince Regent and The Royal Family,’ additionally inscribed with the Cambridge family number, ‘No. 6’, indicating that it belonged to Adolphus Frederick Duke of Cambridge, the youngest son of King George III, circa 1815-20, extremely fine £2500-3000
