Three: Private H. Thomson, The Gordon Highlanders

1914-15 Star (S-1521 Pte., Gord. Highrs.); British War and Victory Medals (S-1521 Pte., Gord. Highrs.) good very fine (3) £30-40

Private Thomson first entered the French theatre of war in May 1915, with the 8th Gordons. He was subsequently discharged on 24 June 1918, under paragraph 392 (xxi) of King’s Regulations, and awarded the Silver War Badge.
