Albert James Barham served during the Great War with the 42nd Battalion, Canadian Infantry, having previously served as a Sergeant in the 148th McGill University Battalion, Montreal, and died on the Western Front on 3 November 1917. He has no known grave and is commemorated on the Ypres (Menin Gate) Memorial, Belgium.

A. L. Pole served during the Great War with the 75th Battalion, Canadian Infantry (1st Central Ontario Regiment), and died on the Western Front on 1 March 1917. He is buried in Villers Station Cemetery, France.
