British War and Victory Medals (16854 Pte. G. A. Daniels. R. War. R.); Memorial Plaque (George Albert Daniels) with Buckingham Palace enclosure, in card and outer envelopes, the latter addressed to ‘M. H. Daniels, 30 Clements St., Stoke, Coventry.’, extremely fine (3) £80-£120

George Albert Daniels was born in Coventry and attested there for the Royal Warwickshire Regiment. He served with the 2nd/5th Battalion during the Great War on the Western Front, and was killed in action on 3 December 1917. He has no known grave, and is commemorated on the Cambrai Memorial, France.
