Three: Private J. F. Bell, New Zealand Expeditionary Force, who died of wounds, 26 July 1916

John Fox Bell, a native of Port Nelson, South Island, New Zealand, attested for the New Zealand Expeditionary Force at Huntly, New Zealand, and was posted to the 1st Battalion, Otago Infantry Regiment. He embarked from Wellington on 13 June 1915 and served during the Great War on the Western Front. He died of wounds on 26 July 1916, and is buried in Calais Southern Cemetery, France.
