Silberston, Regent St., London W, the foul weather of black oilskin, the attached label is printed ‘Royal Army Clothing Department 1895 Standard Pattern’ thereon hand written details mostly illegible, attached blue cloth panel with triple wax seals, all gold lace and bullion decoration is oxidised otherwise in good overall condition £160-260
