Sold with named Buckingham Palace enclosure for the B.E.M.; letter to the recipient from Lady Churchill, dated May 1965, and signed ‘Clementine S. Churchill’; two further letters to the recipient congratulating him on the award of the B.E.M.; extracts from the
Household Brigade Magazine showing pictures of the Grenadier Guards Bearer Party; a copy of The Valiant Man, The Independent Television Companies’ illustrated account of the State Funeral; and four photographs of the Bearer Party.
