Cuthbert Wright is confirmed on the roll as an Able Seaman aboard the Statira at the capture of Guadaloupe. This 38-gun frigate afterwards did good service in the war against America with many captures to her name. She was wrecked on a sunken rock, off the isle of Cuba, on 26 February 1815.
