Matthew Boulton’s Medal for Trafalgar 1805, white metal, inscribed in obverse field in upright capitals ‘Stephen Williams Boatswain His M.S. Revenge’, contained in hinged glazed frame with integral loop for suspension, some corrosion, otherwise very fine £400-500

Provenance: Glendining, November 1962.

Stephen Williams survived to claim the N.G.S. medal with clasp for Trafalgar as an Able Seaman aboard H.M.S. Revenge.
