14th King’s Hussars Insignia, a fine selection including an officer’s extremely rare cap badge in die cast bronze featuring the Prussian Eagle, the coronet sceptre and orb are gilded, two loop fasteners, the ensuing pattern of officer’s cap badge in die cast gilt with silver mount of roped oval outline (loop fasteners), collar badges in gilded bronze, a first pattern o/r bi-metal cap badge of oval outline with matching white metal collars, two officers all gilt cap badges of Royal Crest pattern on one the Royal Crest is fitted to a backing plate both with loop fasteners, two o.s.d. Royal Crest pattern caps (large size) both with blades one with solid centre, a small pattern Royal Crest cap with blade fasteners, 1.5 o.s.d. Royal Crest collar badges, an o/r Royal Crest cap badge large size with solid centre and matching collars, a collar size cap badge with slider fastener and a pair of fretted collars, an NCOs two part arm badge in hall marked silver Birmingham 1891, an o/r very scarce collar badge ‘XIV’, an officer’s solid brass bit boss Guelphic crown unit title and Eagle centre, the whistle guard from an officer’s pouch belt in hall marked silver with gilt mount (Birmingham 1899 by Bent & Parker) two screw post fasteners, shoulder titles 14H (two), XIVH (five), very good condition (32) £500-600
