MacGillivray: The Shorthorn Society, Shropshire and West Midland Agricultural Society’s Show, a silver award medal (the bull Calrossie Armistice, 1931), 52mm; The Royal Highland and Agricultural Society of Scotland, bronze medal presented by the Earl of Elgin and Kincardine, 48mm; Highland and Agricultural Society of Scotland, Field Marshal George, 8th Marquis of Tweeddale’s gilt white metal medal with inscribed edge (on gold band?), 55mm, both awarded at the Dundee Show (for the best shorthorn, Calrossie Welcome, 1949); together with a plated bronze Italian medal, 54mm [4].
