Jane Palmer (†February 1670), innholder, The Roundhead’s Inn, widow of Richard Palmer; John Pares (1635-1712), innholder and vintner, enrolled as a free burgess September 1664, chamberlain 1679, alderman 1685, mayor 1695, the first regularly-appointed postmaster for Leicester, married Mary Orton (1636-1728), September 1664; William Savage (b.1629), innholder, The Wheatsheaf.
