Edward VI (1547-1553), First period, Halfpenny, Bristol, no mm., crowned bust right, legend e d g, trefoils in forks, 0.25g/12h (Whitton 1; Carlyon-Britton 43; N 1905; S 2464). Hairline flan flaw across obverse but very fine and well centred on a full flan, extremely rare (£700-800)
