Mayor of Kimberley’s Star 1899-1900, reverse hallmark with date letter ‘a’ (G. F. Cane.) contemporarily engraved naming, with integral top riband bar, good very fine £200-240

G. F. Cane served in the Post Office Corps during the Siege of Kimberley, and also received a Queen’s South Africa Medal with clasp Defence of Kimberley.
