Eight mints beginning with the letter S operated during Henry’s reign - Salisbury, Sandwich, Shaftesbury, Shrewsbury, Southwark, Stafford, Stamford and Sudbury. Of those, all but Stafford and Sudbury are known to have issued coins of type 4, mostly extremely rare. A type 4 cut Halfpenny reading [ – ]nstan on [ – ] is recorded in Coin Register 2014, 94
