Sweetheart Brooches and a Lapel Badge of The Women’s National Unionist Association, comprising two RAF sweetheart brooches the first marked silver in red and green enamel with small set diamantes 6.4 x 2 cms, the second in sterling silver and marcasite 5.5 x 2.2 cms, both are KC and with brooch fasteners; a tortoiseshell and silver gilt circular brooch (hall marked London 1917) to the King’s Liverpool Regiment; a small brooch to The King’s Liverpool Regiment marked silver; a small medallion in sterling silver with the Lord’s Prayer on one side; a hall marked silver and black enamel ‘penny black stamp’ (recent solder deposits obscure the hall mark date); a scarce lapel badge to The Women’s National Unionist Association in base metal and triple enamels featuring the Union Jack in the centre; a small Scottish silver quoit brooch and two other unmarked items, good overall condition (10) £60-100
