The only M.G.S. medal issued with this combination of clasps.

Robert Gregory was born at Salford, Lancaster, and was enlisted into the 23rd Foot at Manchester on 22 October 1796, at the age of 18, for life. He was discharged in the rank of Sergeant on 24 June 1817, in consequence of ‘being old and worn out, and being wounded in the [right] hand at the battle of Waterloo on the 18th June 1815.’ Sold with copied discharge papers.
