Frank Henry Hoare was a native of Balham, and was employed as a Clerk prior to his attestation for the 16th (Queens Westminster Rifles) Battalion, County of London Regiment in 1916. He served during the Great War with the 33rd Battalion London Regiment on the Western Front, 3 July 1918 - 11 November 1918.
