Foote, 38th Coy. 10th Imp: Yeo:) suspension slack, and mount slightly bent unofficial rivets between 3rd and 4th clasps; British War and Victory Medals (SE-13154 Cpl. W. Foote. William Foote was born in Buckingham, and attested for the 38th (Buckinghamshire) Company 10th Battalion Imperial Yeomanry at London, in September 1901. He was discharged 7 September 1902. He re-engaged for service as a Corporal with the Army Veterinary Corps during the Great War.
