The Welsh Regiment 2nd Volunteer Battalion & Royal Welsh Fusiliers 2nd Volunteer Battalion Officers’ Waist Belt Clasps c. 1883-1901, two fine quality examples, the first of special pattern having oak spray side panels, in the centre a Welsh Dragon, on the circle ‘The Welsh Regt’ and ‘2nd Volr Battn’; the second of standard 1855 pattern with central Prince of Wales’s crest and motto and on the circle ‘2nd V.B. Royal Welsh Fusiliers’, both items marked for Samuel Brothers, Outfitters, Ludgate Hill, London, slight verdigris on the first item otherwise very good condition £120-180
