Provenance: Spink, July 2005.

Edward Herbert Noyes was commissioned Ensign, 10th Bombay Native Infantry, in June 1858, and promoted Lieutenant in October the following year. He was promoted Captain and Quarter Master, 3rd Bombay Native Infantry, in June 1870, and died at Ahmadabad in July 1875.
