Norman John McLeod, of Lervin, Wellington, New Zealand, served with the 19th Battalion, New Zealand Infantry during the Second World War. He was killed in action during the Battle of Crete, 20 May 1941, and is buried in Suda Bay War Cemetery, Crete.
