1914 Star, with clasp (8877 Pte. P. Fraser. 2/North’n R.); British War and Victory Medals (8877 Pte. P. Fraser North’n. R.); Defence Medal; Police Long Service Medal, G.VI.R., 2nd issue (Sergt. Percy H. Fraser.) mounted court-style for display purposes, the Great War awards nearly very fine, the later awards nearly extremely fine (5) £140-180

Percy Henry Fraser was born in Kettering, Northamptonshire, in 1890, and attested for the Northamptonshire Regiment at Northampton on 25 November 1908. He served during the Great War with the the 2nd Battalion on the Western Front from 6 November 1914, and subsequently transferred to the Military Foot Police. In civilian life he joined the British Transport Police. He died in Leicester on 28 June 1954.

Sold together with the recipient’s Great War silver identity tag, and a modern reproduction British Transport Police cap badge.
