Charles I (1625-1649), Thirty Shillings, mm. flower and b on obv., (from a Tower halfcrown die of Briot’s First Milled coinage), thistle and b on rev., from the same dies as previous, 14.76g/6h (B 6, fig. 1006; SCBI 35, 1427-9, same dies; S 5553). Small X scratched above and below King, otherwise almost very fine (£200-240)
