Charles I (1625-1649), Thirty Shillings, mm. thistle with leaves, f and rough ground below horse, reads hi, two stars above crown, 14.82g/6h (Murray 2; SCBI 35, 1501, same dies; S 5556). Obverse from rusted die and with hairline scratch below horse, otherwise very fine (£300-350)
