John Baliol (1292-1296), Sterling [perhaps Berwick], smooth surface issue, mm. plain cross, rev. rex scotorra, four mullets of five points, 1.14g/6h (B 16; SCBI 35, 310, same obv. die; S 5071). Base fabric, edge chipped, fair to fine, an interesting error (£40-60)
