John Thomas joined the Navy as a Boy 1st Class aboard H.M.S. William and Mary on 16 August 1820. He served aboard H.M.S. St George from 31 August 1850 until 24 March 1856, including service in the Baltic, and received his Medal with Gratuity on 27 March 1856. Sold with copied service record.
