Welsh Regimental Volunteer Battalion Cap Badges c. 1898 - 1908, comprising an officer’s most rare cap badge to the Volunteer/Territorial Battalions Royal Welsh Fusiliers in die cast silver plate with gilt overlay and bottom scroll ‘South Africa 1900-02’, lug and blade fasteners (the lug missing); an other ranks die stamped bronze cap badge to the 1st VB Royal Welch Fusiliers, two lug fasteners; an other ranks white metal cap badge to the 3rd VB Royal Welsh Fusiliers, two blade fasteners; an other ranks die stamped white metal cap badge to the 5th VB South Wales Borderers, two lug fasteners (distorted), together with two large size plated tunic buttons to the Volunteer Battalions Royal Welsh Fusiliers and the Welsh Regiment, good overall condition (6) £200-300
