1st Brigade Glamorgan Artillery Volunteers Other Ranks Fur Cap Plume Holder c. 1860 - 1878, a very scarce example in die stamped white metal, being a fused grenade the ball of which bears the Prince of Wales’s crest and motto over a cannon with encircling legends ‘1st Brigade Glamorgan Artillery Volrs’ and motto ‘Ready Aye Ready’ complete with long slider fastener, small die fault crack near the neck of the grenade otherwise very good condition £200-4300
