William Thomas Isaac was appointed Quarter-Master in the 1st Brecknockshire Battalion, South Wales Borderers in February 1905. Granted the honorary rank of Captain in September of the same year and the honorary rank of Major in June 1911, he retired in November 1920; sold with copied research.
