Erdmann for A. Rivet, ten dogs in setting by a lake, rev. robed figure of Victory, ville de gournay-en-bray, union commerciale in centre, 45mm; Société Canine de la Basse-Seine, c.1920, plated bronze award medals (3), by L. Bottée and A. Rivet (2), utilising different representations of Marianne on obvs., revs. 12 dogs around central tablet, all 45mm; Société Canine de Basse-Normandie, Exposition Canine, Caen, 1923, a bronze award medal by A. Rivet, five dogs in foreground, show-ring with dogs and judges in background, rev. winged figure resting on tablet, un-named, 45mm; Société Canine de la Manche et du Cotentin, a plated bronze medal by M. Boussard, five dogs in country setting, rev. tablet on oak wreath, 36mm; Le Chien, a plated bronze award medal by A. Duseaux, head of dog three-quarters right, rev. tablet, named (M. Fraigneux, Oissel, 23-9-23), 39mm [8]. All very fine but first with small edge knock, a good group of canine medals (£70-90)
