Dubois for the Conservatoire de Musique des Départements, seated naked figure of Apollo, playing a violin, figures in wooded setting behind, rev. lyre, wreath and legend (Concours de Goderville, Seine-Infre., 1900), 68mm (CGMP p.158); Union des Commerçants de St Adresse, Festival, 1909, a silver medal by F.-C.-V. de Vernon, seated and standing robed females with musical instruments and music-stand, rev. wreath of oak and palm, legend (Offerte par Mr Dufayel), 69mm [2]. About very fine and better; both with clip and ring for suspension (£60-80)
