Australia, George VI, Crowns (2), both 1937 (KM. 34); Elizabeth II, Pattern Dollar, 1967, in silver, by A. Meszaros for Pinches, swan flying left, rev. value, edge plain, 28.37g (Bruce XM2; MJP p.257); Centenary of Western Australia, 1929, a bronze medal by B. Mackennal, crowned bust of George V left, rev. swan, 38mm (cf. DNW 49, 842) [4]. Third brilliant and toned, others extremely fine, last with original colour (£70-100)

Pattern Dollar, 750 struck. Designed by the Hungarian-born, Australian domiciled sculptor Andor Meszaros (1900-72), it remains one of very few outstanding coins executed in the last 50 years
