An early Victorian garnet brooch/pendant and a garnet set ring, the brooch, circa 1840s, of quatrefoil design suspending three drops below, set with oval, round and pear-shaped cabochon garnets in beaded collet settings, the ring composed of a 19th century cluster of foil backed garnets, mounted to a later gold shank, bearing indistinct hallmark, brooch/pendant length 37mm. £200-300
