A silver cased pocket watch, by Zenith, the signed white enamel dial with black Arabic numerals and outer 13-24 scale, with gold scrolled hands and subsidiary seconds dial, signed jewelled movement numbered ‘3159646’, the cuvette signed and bearing inscription ‘29.9.1948, Minne pa 30 arsdagen’, engine-turned case with gilding to the edges, bearing small initials verso, case stamped ‘800’, watch diameter 49mm. £180-200

The inscription is Swedish and translates as ‘29.9.1948 in Memory of our 30th Anniversary’.
