Byzantine Coinage, Leo VI, Follis, Constantinople, 886-912, Emperor and Alexander seated facing on double throne, each wearing crown and loros, holding labarum between them, rev. legend in four lines, 5.94g (Sear 1730); Constantine VII, Follis, Constantinople, 913-59, crowned facing bust of Emperor holding akakia and globus cruciger, rev. legend in four lines, 9.28g (Sear 1961) [2]. First very fine with dark patina, second fine and overstruck on a Follis of Romanus I £80-100
