Belville Volunteers 1802, an engraved silver medal, 59mm. in diameter, Obv. ‘GR’, with ‘God Save the King’ above, and ‘Belville Volunteers’ below; Rev. inscribed, ‘A. Macpherson shooting from the shoulder without a rest Hit the Target placed 100 yards from him 10 times in 14 shots and is adjudged Best Shot June 29th 1802’, ring and fixed ring suspension, good very fine £260-300
