Frederick Adams was born in London. A Porter by occupation, he attested for the Cameron Highlanders at London in November 1891, aged 19 years, 3 months. With the regiment he served in Malta, Gibraltar, Egypt and South Africa. Served in the Sudan Expedition 1898, present at Atbara and Khartoum. Served in the Boer War, March 1900-October 1902. With copied roll extracts.

Andrew Clark was born in Alloa. A Tailor by occupation, he attested for the Cameron Highlanders at Edinburgh on 21 April 1891, aged 18 years, 3 months. With the regiment he served in Malta, Gibraltar, Egypt and South Africa. Served in the Sudan Expedition 1898, present at Atbara and Khartoum. Served in the Boer War, March 1900-October 1902. With copied roll extracts.
