Queen’s Sudan 1896-98 (2100 Pte. F. Scotland, 1/Cam. Hdrs.); Queen’s South Africa 1899-1902, 4 clasps, Cape Colony, Orange Free State, Transvaal, South Africa 1901 (2100 Pte. F. Scotland, 1st Cam’n. Highrs.); Army L.S. & G.C., E.VII.R. (2100 Dmr. F. W. Scotland, Cameron Hdrs.); Khedive’s Sudan 1896-1908, 2 clasps, The Atbara, Khartoum (2100 Bon Scotland, 1 Cam. Highrs.) mounted court style for display, some contact marks, nearly very fine and better (4) £380-420

Frederick Scotland enlisted into the Cameron Highlanders in February 1888. Appointed a Bandsman in ‘F’ Company, 20 October 1891. Served in the reconquest of the Sudan during 1898 and in the Second Boer War 1900-02. Transferred to the Permanent Staff, 3rd Battalion Cameron Highlanders in December 1901. Awarded the L.S. & G.C.. Still serving in 1908. With copied roll extracts and copied research on various members of the ‘Scotland’ family.
