Henry James Gerrard, was born in Wandsworth, Surrey and enlisted in Battersea, Middlesex. Serving with the 1st battalion Royal Irish Rifles, he was killed in action, France / Flanders, 9.5.1915. His name is recorded on the Ploegsteert Memorial.

Sold together with Defence and War Medals, in card box of issue to Mr J. A. Perry, son-in-law of H. J. Gerrard, together with a photograph.
