Egypt and Sudan 1882-89, 3 clasps, Tel-El-Kebir, Suakin 1884, El-Teb-Tamaai (3661 Pte. H. Pulsford, 3/K.R. Rif. C.) official correction to surname, suspension bar with some damage and light pitting from star, otherwise very fine £200-250

Henry Pulsford was born in the Parish of Pilminster, near Taunton, Somerset, and enlisted into the 60th Rifles at Taunton on 8 March 1879. He was transferred to the 1st Battalion in February 1881, and served with that Battalion in South Africa until the end of February 1882 when he transferred to the 3rd Battalion. He served with the 3/60th in Egypt and the Eastern Soudan from July 1882 to September 1885, being present at the battles of Tel-El-Kebir, El-Teb and Tamaai. He was discharged on 9 March 1891. Sold with copy discharge papers.
