London Gazette 10 October 1918.

T. O. Lyons was awarded the O.B.E. as a Major / Acting Lieutenant-Colonel, R.F.C., having already received the M.B.E. in January 1918 while serving as Deputy Assistant Director of Aircraft Equipment and the Legion of Honour in the same year as a Q.M. and Captain, R.F.C. His Russian St. Anne is confirmed by contemporary sources. Lyons died in February 1926, while still serving as a Wing Commander. Well worthy of further research.
