Edgar Morgan was born and enlisted at Pontypridd, Glamorgan. He was killed in action in France and Flanders on 4 June 1918 whilst serving with the 16th Battalion, Lancashire Fusiliers. He is buried at Cabaret-Rouge British Cemetery, Souchez, France.
